Tile & Top Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Tile & Top offers a low flat rate fee for any sized order for shipping on all tile and mosaic products, as well as vanity tops to the Contiguous US with a fast turnaround processing time of 3-5 business days for most orders. We are happy to offer a low flat rate shipping rate for all vanity combos.
  • Extra charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship to Canada.

Cancellations

  • Prior to shipping: Changed your mind? If for whatever reason, you need to cancel your order you certainly can. Order cancellations must be requested prior to being sent to our warehouse for processing in order to be cancelled without penalty. Please contact us at 1 (833) 845-3867 or info@tileandtop.com for assistance as soon as possible because we process and ship orders very quickly. 
  • Shipped: Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse and labels have been generated we will be unable to cancel it, but you do have the option of returning the entire order to us without being charged a restocking fee for 30 days. However, any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may not refuse the shipment in this case unless the order arrives damaged.

Returns, Refunds & Buyer's Remorse

Stone is a product of nature and will inherently have color, grain, and texture variations. Because of this, we cannot guarantee against these variations occurring.

  • If the materials differ significantly and materially from the samples provided you can contact us within 30 days and return the product. After that period, a re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to all orders. If materials are returned for this reason the entire order must be returned intact. Shipping fees are not refunded.
  • If you request expedited shipment we will always do our best to accommodate your request, however orders with ASAP or expedited requests via phone or email will ship very quickly and cannot be cancelled. 
  • Defective items: No worries! We've got you covered. Contact us and one of our sales reps will be happy to ship out replacements as soon as possible.
  • Clearance Items: Clearance items can be returned within 30 days, unless marked as final sale. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, special orders are subject to a No-Return Policy unless they are defective. Special orders or custom orders can be placed by contacting us directly for discounted pricing.
  • Damage in transit: If your order arrives damaged please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service team at 1 (833) 845-3867 or info@tileandtop.com immediately for assistance. 
  • Installed Merchandise: Please thoroughly inspect all materials prior to installation and hire a professional installer to do the job. Merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned once it has been installed.
  • Ordered too much: We are happy to accommodate returns for this reason, feel free to contact us if you ordered more material than you needed. Unopened crates can be returned within 60 days with no restocking or return fees, however shipping is the responsibility of the customer in this case.
