- Prior to shipping: Changed your mind? or for whatever reason, you need to cancel the order. You can certainly do that. Orders canceled prior to shipping will be processed without penalty. Please contact us at 1 (833) 845-3867 for assistance as soon as you can because we act fast.
- Shipped: Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped. You can not cancel it, but you do have the option of returning the entire order to us without being charged any restocking fee for 30 days. All we ask is to have you pay for the returning shipping so we can keep offering fast and free shipping to our customers. Please do not refuse the shipment unless it arrives damaged.
Stone is a product of nature and will inherently have color, grain, and texture variations. Because of this, we cannot guarantee against these variations occurring.
- If the materials differ materially from the samples provided: you can contact us within 30 days and return the product. After that period, a re-stocking fee of 25% will apply. If materials are to be returned, for this reason, the entire order must be returned intact.
- Defective items: No worries! We have got you covered. Let us know and one of our sales reps will take good care of you and ship out replacements as soon as possible.
- Clearance Items: Clearance items can be returned without restocking fee within 30 days. All we ask is to have you pay for the returning shipping cost. Unfortunately, Special Orders or are subject to a No-Return Policy unless they are defective.
- Damaged during the transition: If your shipment arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer care team at 1 (833) 845-3867 immediately for assistance. We will get replacements sent to you.
- Installed Merchandise: Please thoroughly inspect all materials prior to installation and hire a professional installer to do the job. Unfortunately, installed merchandises cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Ordered too many: Feel free to contact us if you ordered more than you needed. Unopened packages can be returned within 60 days with no restocking fee. You just need to pay for the returning shipping.
